Questions
Crying.
In an open white space,
Apart from the world that I come from,
The world I know.
There is nothing in from or behind me,
There is nothing above or below.
Wondering.
Where I can go from here,
I there’s any way I can get home,
To the world I know.
I long for my friends and my family,
I long for a friendly hello.
Gazing,
Into the endless sky,
As white as the snow in winter,
In the world I know,
I look to see all kinds of colours,
Like orange, pink, purple and yellow.
Listening,
For my favourite sounds,
Instruments that I know well and love,
In the world I know.
I miss all my favourite instruments,
Like oboe, flute, piano and cello.
Questions.
Will I ever get home?
Is thee a way I can get back,
To the world I know?
Do my family back home miss me?
When can I leave; can I go?
I s this,
Heaven or maybe hell?
Is this place my imagination?
Where’s the world I know?
How can I find all the answers?
If I live I will make sure I know!
Crying,
In an open white space,
Apart from the world that I come from,
The world that I know.
There is nothing in front or behind me,
There is nothing above or below.
